Youngsters at HAUS always get plenty of exercise on our playground and during “moving around” games, but we also have daily Physical Education courses.

After daily orientation and the Pledge of Allegiance we “greet our day” with a physical and mental warm up that blends kid style yoga, Tai Chi and music to promote balance, flexibility and fun.

In all our PE classes, kids are only asked to do what makes them feel comfortable, and the atmosphere is always cooperation based.

Your child won’t be a Yoga Master by the end of the year, but they will know about hamstrings, biceps and triceps- even if they can’t quite yet do a “Down Dog”.

At HAUS we believe that daily, scheduled exercise is one of the keys to a long, healthy adulthood and encourage parents to learn our warm up.

It’s also a great “warm-down” before bed time.
